About the Pig genome

Clone Status Map

This release of the porcine Clone Status Map is based on the physical map generated by a collaboration between the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute, the University of Illinois, the Roslin Institue and INRA. The data displayed includes the first round of sequence clone selection for the porcine genome sequencing project.
